Additional Details: Triple overlay, carved glass vase with Wisteria pattern. Signed "Galle" on front, and signed "Tip" on back of vase. This vase is executed in the finest manner with exquisite detailing just as if it was created in the early 1900s. The glass is acid cut with three layers. The vase measures 5.75" height x 4" wide. In the 1970s and beyond, Romanian glassmakers began producing high-quality reproductions of Gallé-style cameo glass. These pieces often bear the "Gallé" signature and sometimes include the word "TIP," which means "type" in Romanian, to indicate they are Gallé-type reproductions.
